საქართველოს მთების და მწვერვალების მონაცემი მიღებულია სხვადასხვა მასშტაბის ტოპოგრაფიული რუკების დიგიტალიზაციის მეთოდით და დაკორექტირებულია ორთოფოტოს საფუძველზე. ხარისხის კონტროლის პროცედურების ტექნიკური სპეციფიკაციის შესაბამისად სიმაღლეებით, სახელწოდების ქართული, ინგლისური და ტრანსლიტერირებული ვერსით ასახულია ცენტრალიზებულ გეომონაცემთა ბაზაში. გამოქვეყნებამდე მონაცემები გადის გეომეტრიულ, ატრიბუტულ, ლოგიკურ და ტოპოლოგიურ ხარისხის კონტროლის.
