ობიექტები აღიწერება დამახასიათებელი პარამეტრებით და შესაბამისი ფოტომასალით საველე სამუშაოების წარმოების სახელმძღვანელო ინსტრუქციის თანახმად. მონაცემები გაივლის შემოწმების სტანდარტულ პროცედურებს ხარისხის კონტროლის პროცედურების ტექნიკური სპეციფიკაციის შესაბამისად და აისახება ცენტრალიზებულ გეომონაცემთა ბაზაში.

სამორინეების ობიექტების მონაცემები პერიოდულად განახლდება საქართველოს ეროვნული სანავიგაციო მონაცემთა ბაზის შექმნის პროექტის სტრატეგიით და სამოქმედო გეგმით გათვალისწინებულ პრიორიტეტულ არეალებში აღწერილი და ხარისხის კონტროლის ჯგუფის მიერ გადამოწმებული მონაცემებით.
