ბიბლიოთეკების ობიექტების მონაცემები შექმნილია საქართველოს ეროვნული სანავიგაციო მონაცემთა ბაზის შექმნის პროექტის ფარგლებში აღწერილი და შეგროვებული მასალის საფუძველზე. მონაცემი მოიცავს ინფორმაციას სახელწოდების, ტიპის, სამუშაო საათების, საკონტაქტო ინფორმაციის და სხვა მახასიათებლების შესახებ.

ობიექტები აღიწერება დამახასიათებელი პარამეტრებით და შესაბამისი ფოტომასალით საველე სამუშაოების წარმოების სახელმძღვანელო ინსტრუქციის თანახმად. მონაცემები გაივლის შემოწმების სტანდარტულ პროცედურებს მონაცემთა წარმოების ტექნოლოგიური პროცესის აღწერის და ხარისხის კონტროლის პროცედურების ტექნიკური სპეციფიკაციის შესაბამისად და აისახება ცენტრალიზებულ გეომონაცემთა ბაზაში.

ბიბლიოთეკების ობიექტების მონაცემი პერიოდულად განახლდება საქართველოს ეროვნული სანავიგაციო მონაცემთა ბაზის შექმნის პროექტის სტრატეგიით და სამოქმედო გეგმით გათვალისწინებულ პრიორიტეტულ არეალებში აღწერილი და ხარისხის კონტროლის ჯგუფის მიერ გადამოწმებული მონაცემებით.
