დაცული ტერიტორიები

დაცული ტერიტორიების მონაცემთა ნაკრები წარმოადგენს საქართველოში არსებული ხუთი სხვადასხვა კატეგორიის 86 დაცული ტერიტორიის საზღვრების შესახებ მონაცემს აღნიშნული ფენა მოიცავს ინფორმაციას დაცული ტერიტორიების დასახელების, კატეგორიის, დაარსების წლებისა და ფართობის შესახებ.

დაცული ტერიტორიების საზღვრების ძირითადი ნაწილის საზღვრები დაზუსტებულია მაღალი სიზუსტის GPS-ით (ჩატარებულია დემარკაცია). აღნიშნულ ფენაში წარმოდგენილი დაცული ტერიტორიების საზღვრები დამტკიცებულია შესაბამისი კანონით და მასში ცვლილების განხორციელება შესაძლებელი მხოლოდ აღნიშნულ კანონში ცვლილების შეტანის შემდგომ.

დაცული ტერიტორიების თავდაპირველი ფენები შექმნილია ქაღალდის ტყის კორომთა გეგმების დიგიტალიზაციის შედეგად, მასშტაბი ძირითადად 1 : 25 000. შემდგომში, ეტაპობრივად განხორციელდა საზღვრების დემარკაცია (დაზუსტება) „დაცული ტერიტორიების საზღვრების დემარკაციის განხორციელების წესის დამტკიცების თაობაზე“ მთავრობის N414 დადგენილების შესაბამისად მაღალი სიზუსტის GPS-ით, კანონით განისაზღვრა დაცული ტერიტორიების დაზუსტებული საზღვრები და განხორციელდა რეგისტრაცია საჯარო რეეტრის ეროვნულ სააგენტოში. შესაბამისად დაზუსტებული საზღვრები აისახება დაცული ტერიტორიების სააგენტოს ცენტრალიზებულ გეომონაცემთა ბაზაში.
