ობიექტები აღიწერება დამახასიათებელი პარამეტრებით და შესაბამისი ფოტომასალით საველე სამუშაოების წარმოების სახელმძღვანელო ინსტრუქციის თანახმად. მონაცემები გაივლის შემოწმების სტანდარტულ პროცედურებს მონაცემთა წარმოების ტექნოლოგიური პროცესის აღწერის და ხარისხის კონტროლის პროცედურების მოქმედი ნორმატიული აქტების (იხ. https://www.matsne.gov.ge/ka/document/view/2169396?publication=14, ტექნიკური სპეციფიკაციის შესაბამისად და აისახება ცენტრალიზებულ გეომონაცემთა ბაზაში.
